RETURN POLICY 

All products sold by ERGOPOL SA come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. We remind you to try on your items without removing the tag or seal, as we do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

Remember that the return delivery costs are free of charge with the UPS courier.

If one of these conditions is not met, Ergopol SA will not accept your return and the items will be shipped back to you at your own cost.
