The study aims to present a comprehensive proposal and solution that will meet customer needs. Besides the documented technical and economic proposal, we give detailed report of the procedures to be followed for the project, as well as a detailed description of the deliverables required in the event and time of implementation.

The study specifies and defines the conditions necessary to meet future needs and the solution proposed is designed so that future expansions and modifications can be made easily and quickly helping to reduce the cost.

The company's human resource includes civil engineers, mechanical engineers and architects responsible for both the feasibility studies, and for on site monitoring and implementation of a project. The breadth of activity of the research group starts with preliminary design work and can implement all the intermediate stages until the delivery of a final design implementation.

The project is managed in accordance with the study. In this time, we check the deliverables and the customer has a substantial and active role in accepting the deliverables. Compliance with the standards as defined in the study, and the timing is perfect.

In the construction level, it has all the necessary synergy for all stages of construction or renovation, as well as the necessary equipment.

The company employs a permanent technical staff with extensive experience in building private or public works, infrastructure and roads.
